Adam Wiseman QC is a highly experienced barrister in independent practice who was called to the Bar in 1994 and became Queen’s Counsel in 2018.

In recent years Adam has developed a specialist interest in cases involving cyber security, data management and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which requires organisations to implement wholesale change in the way they process, handle and store data. Adam can provide the expertise to advise on the ramifications of the legislative changes and in recommending necessary revisions to existing protocols to ensure forward compliance. Further, he can assist in actioning and monitoring compliance protocols and in all aspects of data management and cyber security.

In addition, Adam is well placed to advise and represent clients in any regulatory action brought by the Information Commissioner or other regulatory authority.

If additional legal support is required, Adam can work closely with Marcus Rickard. Adam is authorised to accept instructions on a direct access basis.
