Unexplained Wealth Orders: thoughts on scope and effect in the UK

The White Collar Crime Centre has today published a collection of briefing papers entitled “Unexplained Wealth Orders: thoughts on scope and effect in the UK”. Featuring a range of perspectives, its purpose is to assist our legislators in Parliament as they consider the Criminal Finances Bill 2016 and the proposed Unexplained Wealth Order regime.

The White Collar Crime Centre was set up by Bright Line Law to promote research into financial wrongdoing, produce policy and strategic briefings, and provide consultancy and training services at the highest level.
