The Failure to Prevent Facilitation of Tax Evasion Offence: thoughts on scope and effect in the UK

The White Collar Crime Centre has today published a collection of briefing papers entitled “The Failure to Prevent Facilitation of Tax Evasion Offence: Thoughts on Scope and Effect in the UK”. The paper highlights potential issues with the offence which represents a new inroad into regulating corporate behaviour through criminal law.
