Jonathan Fisher QC is speaking on Friday 25 October 2013 to the Academy of European Law, which is a professional training institution supported by the European Commission based in Trier, Germany, on the topic of “Challenges for the Defence: Fundamental Rights in Trans-national Criminal Proceedings”. In particular, he is going to explore the circumstances in which a defendant in criminal proceedings or a claimant in civil proceedings may wish to review an anti-money laundering  suspicious activity report (SAR) relating to his financial affairs and how this can be obtained in the course of the criminal or civil proceedings. The narrative of his presentation will be published here shortly. Please contact Jonathan for further information.
