Jonathan Fisher QC has written a commentary published in the Lloyds Law Report series. In this article, Jonathan explores the decision in the National Crime Agency v Abacha.

During this case, the court considered an application to continue a prohibition order under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (External Requests and Orders) Order 2005. Also considered in the case was an application for disclosure of letters of request and for variation of the prohibition order to allow payment of legal costs.
