Jonathan Fisher QC writes chapter in Research Handbook on International Financial Crime

Jonathan Fisher QC has contributed to the Research Handbook on International Financial Crime with a chapter on ‘Fraud in Civil and Criminal Law’.

Just published, the Handbook provides detailed analysis of core financial crimes such as fraud, corruption and money laundering, and highlights both the risks presented by these crimes and their impact on the economy.

Sir William Blair commented on the publication stating:
