Jonathan Fisher QC Quoted in Wall Street Journal

Jonathan Fisher QC was quoted in the Wall Street Journal today on the use of the criminal law as a catalyst for corporate cultural change. A panellist at an event focussing on Business and Human Rights hosted by Dow Jones in London on 2 February 2017, Jonathan commented on the need for a strong legal framework to “support the growing of a good culture from the bottom up.” Jonathan was delighted to appear alongside Julie Vallat, Head of Ethics and Human Rights at the French energy company Total, and Phil Vernon, Director of Programmes at International Alert, a non governmental organisation focusing on economic development.
