Jonathan Fisher QC recently addressed the Law Society of Scotland at their AML and Financial Crime Conference 2020. He delivered the keynote address opening the conference, topically considering the ramifications of Brexit and COVID-19 on anti-money laundering efforts. He also discussed international developments in money laundering control, the state of POCA in the courts and implications of the new Economic Crime Court.
