In recent weeks, Jonathan Fisher QC at Bright Line Law has been involved in leading dialogues on money laundering law and practice in two Eastern countries, Serbia and Latvia.
Assisted by Anita Clifford, now practising at Red Lion Chambers where Jonathan is also a member, the Council of Europe employed Bright Line Law to develop a training manual and lead a dialogue on how instructors should approach anti-money laundering training.
In a separate matter, Jonathan was instructed by a leading firm of solicitors in London to lead a dialogue with insolvency practitioners in Latvia who were concerned to explore how the money laundering legislation interacted with their work.
